I am 5’ 3” and 130 pounds. I bought these in medium and another pair in large. Both fit well. The large has just a touch more room than my preference but the medium is just a touch tighter than my ideal. Perfect for me would be exactly between the 2 sizes but I will keep and wear both.Like other reviewers have mentioned, the fabric is very similar to swimsuit material. I don’t mind that, in fact, to the touch, they’re very smooth and silky feeling. That said, I didn’t buy these to workout though I did wear the other pair while walking in a parade in 85° heat and they didn’t feel hot or uncomfortable.The print is vivid and beautiful both in terms of color and in terms of the graphics. I am very happy with these leggings but I’m not sure I would use them to workout or even as everyday wear due to the fabric. For the parade or an event, I think they’re perfect though.

Halloweeny cute, but workout worthy?
I ordered these leggings to expand my gym Halloween wardrobe. When the package was opened the first things I noticed were the buttery softness of the fabric, colors that appear true, and the fun Halloween nature of the design as advertised. There is support but not to the degree I like for a vigorous workout and with stretch the design lightens but not to the extent of being see through. They do not ride up or down, and there is adequate stretch with no anatomical distortions. The seams are serged on the inside but not outside, and with pressure and tension the seams do stretch in response. This might be a pair of leggings that I wear with a longer top to cover my buttocks just to be on the safe side. On surface inspection construction seems to be sound, but without doing a vigorous workout it is difficult to further assess. The waist is high and is strongly reinforcement in the waist with a large, wide elastic band. These leggings held up well during a few hours wear around the house (I have not worn them to the gym yet because Halloween is still a few months away). There are no pockets; even though this is not a deal breaker for me, others may find it so. I only wear leggings for gym workouts so I am not a good judge for everyday wear, however I imagine if they live through a vigorous workout, they will live through daily wear. When I order workout attire I do so because of the colors, design, and cost. I read reviews and descriptions and try to discern durability and functionality. However, there is no real way to determine the latter. Once I make the decision, I order and hope for the best. I bought 2x, usually wear 14-16 us size. Im roughly 5’2 maybe 5’3 and weigh about 180. Way to big. I was also not a fan of the material. It was silky and had a sheer feel to it. Almost like bathing suit feel. I gave 1 star only bc the design is cute and I had to.
